Introducing the Customer Coach Program
Created to provide additional implementation support from peers, the “Customer Coach Program” was developed for users to access advice from experienced ABUS programs. We are excited to introduce you to our ABUS Customer Coaches! To arrange for time with a Customer Coach, please contact Lindsey Solovey, ABUS Implementation Manager.


Lindsey Solovey is the ABUS Implementation Manager and your immediate resource to launching an ABUS
program and ensuring continued success. Her role is to provide tools and guidance as you begin or
re-launch your program and the steps to integrate it properly within your breast care pathway. She is a
sonographer and former radiology director from a large academic health system outside of Philadelphia,
PA. She implemented ABUS as an early adopter back in 2013.

Terry Lynn Bucknall BA, RT(R)(M), CRA, FAHRA, FNCBC, LSS-BB

Terry has more than 45 years of imaging experience, including 16 ½ years as the Director of Women’s Imaging Services at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia, California. During her 37 ½ years at Henry Mayo, she created and developed the Sheila R. Veloz Breast Center which opened in 2002. Terry was an early adopter of current breast imaging technologies and implemented an ABUS program at her former breast center. Terry’s experience and knowledge has been shared many times at national meetings since 2009. She served on the Board of Trustees for the National Consortium of Breast Centers and was recently the Chair of the National Quality for Breast Centers User Experience Committee. She is currently the Chair of the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) Education Foundation and a Customer Coach working with the GE ABUS implementation team.

Phyllis Fulk

Imaging For Women opened their doors in 1997. Her practice is focused on patient, staff and referring physician satisfaction. She is known for her great passion in creating a team that provides quality healthcare for the patients. She has been involved in administrative medicine since 1983, and a Radiology Practice Administrator since 1988. Over the years, she has served on several committees and boards for the Greater Kansas City Medical Managers, Northland Medical Managers and RBMA. She has also served on the State of Missouri advisory council for Missouri Medical Group Managers. She is presently on the National Client Advisory Board for the software vendor Medinformatix and has been very involved in the testing and development of their new Mammography module. In addition, she has performed consulting for medical practices who have required assistance in analyzing work flow issues, staffing issues, compliance, financial, modification of A/R workflow and other areas. Her most recent focus has been to add same day supplement screening for patients who have heterogeneously dense or dense breast tissue to their practice. She, along with her team, has been instrumental in creating this successful workflow at Imaging For Women.

Melissa Marx

Melissa has dedicated her career to the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Ft. Jesse Imaging & Gale Keeran Center for Women in Normal, IL, she spent 12 years working at Mid-Illinois Hematology & Oncology Associates located inside the Community Cancer Center. She was exposed daily to the emotional battles of patients. However, Melissa knew she had to put her best foot forward and make patient service and care a priority. The time spent in this role served to light a passion for patient care. Melissa studied Healthcare Administration at Lincoln College, graduating, with honors in 2011. She serves as a member of the Bloomington-Normal Jaycees, Heartland Community College Radiographic Board, Professional Women of McLean County board of directors and Pink Partners of the Community Cancer Center.
